Creating UDR, not all published data views available as a data type

Hello -- I recently completed the reports & dashboards course.  We were taught that any published data view could be used as a data type when creating a new UDR.

When I create a new UDR -- I do see some of our published data views in the list of possible data types -- but not all.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?
