ODM Forward to a Friend Feature

I've watched the TOI and have looked every where for more instructions on how to set up a successful Forward to a Friend feature in my emails.  I can insert the code into the email template, but I can't seem to find where in the program I go to set up the landing page to send the email to a friend.   The insert code is ${Program.ForwardToFriendURL}, but where in the program do I get the ForwardToFriend URL?
Please shed some light on this.  Again, the TOI touches on how to set it up on in "Admin" but it doesn't go into implementation within a program.
