Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

Instance: R12

Tax engine: Vertex

For 1 particular customer, user tries to book SO, he gets "ERROR: Failed in CALCULATE_TAX Procedure".

Pls help to identify why this error appears and how can we mitigate it.
