You are not allowed to update conversion type (11510)

We are on 11510. Below is the scenario

- We have a Sales order with 3 lines and one of them is ATO. Remaining two are non shippable and hence they are closed
-The ATO line is in Production Open Status and a WIP job has been released for the SO

When trying to change the Ship to on the header, I get a message as 
" You are not allowed to update Conversion Rate because:
Line is Invoice Interfaced, cannot update conversion rate."

So, I went and delinked the WIP job to the ATO line and now the ATO line is in Supply Eligible status
