Unable to view new items in Discount Rules section

Hi

We created a few new items in the Vision environment. (R12.1.3). Operating unit is PRU-Vision Process Industries (US). Items are created in the master org 'PR-Process Master' and assigned to process org PR1.

However I am not able to search for these items in the Discount Rules section of any of the offer types (Off Invoice, Accrual, Lumpsum, etc.). On searching in the LOV these new items do not show up.

It works fine in Vision operations

Are there any additional setups required to get the items displayed in Trade for Process Orgs?

Items are created correctly and assigned to Inv. Items category set
