oracle forms 12c request: free runtime on glassfish (only reports no forms) like adf
Hello,This is a request for small business or software for 100, 20 or less users.
I want to make a request to Oracle, this is a free runtime (like in forms 6), adf has a free runtime version.
In this free edition, you will not include reports, and can include some other limitation too, like maximum 100 user connected simultaneously.
The benefits to oracle, is to sell developers licenses and avoid people moving to visual studio.
if you develop a software of 10,000 U$ for a customer, is very difficult to ask to pay another 10,000 for runtime licensing, when you can use visual studio and get a free runtime.
