North American EBS Payroll Year End Customers

Is this your first EBS Payroll Year End? Did you upgrade from 11i to R12 during 2013? Oracle Support would like to hear from you. We recognize that you may need a “little extra care” from our team to ensure that your W2’s or Year End forms are accurate and are distributed on time. Please email Jan Pierce at jan.pierce@oracle.com with your contact details and CSI number. Our Year End Support staff will follow up with you to make sure you’re on track. We’ll even provide you with a tailored Year End checklist so you can identify any potential data issues early in the Year End cycle.
