X3-2L CPLD Firmware

 I have a number of servers that have been upgraded to ILOM SW 1.2.1 and are still showing CPLD version 2.3 (we didn't find the announcement until we had a problem on one of them).  I attempted to correct the issue on a system I am staging currently by downgrading the ILOM SW to 1.1 (ILOM 3.1.1.12.r74388) and then sequentially upgraded until I am now at 3.1.2.12.c_r81826 but the system still shows CPLD version 2.3.
Is version 2.4 loaded when going from 1.1 to 1.2 or from 1.0 to 1.1.  Is it possible to downgrade to version 1.0 and start over?  I downloaded the 1.0 firmware zip but there isn't an ILOM package contained in the zip file as there is with the 1.1 version (ILOM-3_1_2_12_r74388-Sun_Fire_X4270_M3.pkg)
