Change Assistant and Configuration Assistant

Hi All,
A quick Q on  Change Assistant and Configuration Assistant. Are these utilities still available and ready to use? Can these be used with JDE 9.1? I have a set of configuration from an implementation I did and I wanted to know if the same can be extracted using Configuration Assistant, imported into another JDE instance using Change Assistant and perhaps hook a questionnaire on that, on the lines of old JDE standalone OBA tool. This will help us in doing another implementation rather quickly and also attaching ouw own set of Qs to the configiuration, in adddition to the ones
