Upgrading R12.1.1 to R12.1.3 - error generating rdf

Hi AllEncountered the following error when implementing patch 9239090.

Generating report "APXINUPD.rdf" with command:

/u01/R12DEV/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/bin/rwconverter userid=APPS/***** source=/u01/R12DEV/apps/apps_st/appl/ap/12.0.0/reports/US/APXINUPD.rdf dest=/u01/R12DEV/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/R12DEV/out/tmp007.rdf stype=rdffile dtype=rdffile overwrite=yes batch=yes compile_all=yes
Converting '/u01/R12DEV/apps/apps_st/appl/ap/12.0.0/reports/US/APXINUPD.rdf' to '/u01/R12DEV/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/R12DEV/out/tmp007.rdf'...
