Can only Run Financial Reports in Workspace with Administrator Role

We are operating on Hyperion Financial management 9.3.1. Currently, we are experiencing the inability to run reports after creating a view only group. We have provisioned the group with Application: Default Hyperion BI+ with Explorer and Viewer. In Workspace we've tried setting the permissions at View and Full Control and while we don't get an error we don't get numbers. When we add the Administrator role under the Application we are able to get numbers. Has anyone experienced this? If so how did you solve the problem.

We are using a Bono Echo 2.0.0.3 and HFM 9.3.1.
