Can a single receipt be applied to multiple BSV's ?

Hello,

We are on a R 12.1.3 and a regular installation(Not public sector). We have a single ledger but multiple legal entities and multiple OU's (Each LE has one OU). We have a requirement to apply a single receipt to multiple BSV's. Can you please let me know if we can do that? What setups are necessary to achieve that?

Example

1 Primary Ledger - UK -

LE0 - UK, OU0 - UK

LE1 - France     LE2 - Germany  LE3 - Italy

OU1 - France    OU2 - Germany OU3 - Italy

Payment is received in the LE0, OU0 of $10000, against a particular Customer who has different AR Transactions in OU1,OU2,OU3. Now the question is can you apply the receipt against the transactions in OU1,OU2 & OU3. If yes then is there any particular setup that needs to be done?
