Unable to disable/hide Resource Options under /oracle/apps/cn/payment/webui/CreatePmtBatchPG for OIC

Hi Team,
We have a requirement to disable "Message Radio Button: Selected resources below" in Create PayBatch screen (Personalization Page: /oracle/apps/cn/payment/webui/CreatePmtBatchPG) in Oracle Incentive Compensation module. I tried different ways but it doesn't work correctly.

I get an error saying
"Setting rendered to false may hide this item and its children. The application may be inoperable if this item or any of its children is required. Hiding the result area of a query region will cause an error."

The ability to edit/personalize the radio buttons individually is also not available.

Please HELP asap.
