Inability to instantiate or open a customer maintenance form for a particular organization

we are experiencing some errors while trying to open the customer maintenance form meant for a particular organization based on the MO Operating unit profile option. Whenever you click on Standard on the customer maintain sub menu, it throws an error with the following details


ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00201: identifier 'ARP_STAX_2046.ENABLE_TRIGGERS' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARP_STAX", line 371

--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06550.

Please note that 2046 is the organization ID of the business unit

Can somebody help me with a solution?
