Error while finding Service Request

Hi!

I created new responsibility same as Incident Manager.

When I try to look for Ticket Number from created responsibility, following error occurs:

You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.

But when I navigate to same function from seeded Incident Manager responsibility no error occurs.

What can be the issue?
