Can't view Media Objects

 My company has recently upgraded from JDE World 7.3 to Enterprise One 9.1. I am the Windows guy at our company and have very little JDE knowledge. The problem I am experiencing is viewing attachments. We were instructed to copy jdewebctls.inf and jdewebctlsU.ocx to c:\windows\downloaded program files, then to run the regsvr32 command to register the ActiveX component. This worked on most systems, but on some systems it only works if the user running the browser is named Administrator. It does not work for any other users on the malfunctioning system, even if those users are in an administrative group.To
