Oracle Email Center 12.1.3 Error on send message

Email was created from OEC My Inbox>Compose New Message button

Sending the message pops below error:

"This message has been updated in another window. In order to maintain integrity, please close the browser window and continue editing the message in the orginal window. If you do not have another window open then it is possible another user logged in and began editing the message. Be sure to close the window"

Any thoughts/inputs how to overcome this error which pops every now and reducing productvity in call center as the agents need to re-type everything and use outlook as opposed to OEC to overcome..
