P4205 changing the Promised Ship Dates and Promised delivery date on the Sales order detail line

We are on JDE 8.12. We are using P4205 for Pack confirm purpose.  In some cases when Pack confirm is done by using P4205 we are observing that the Promised ship date and Promised delivery date on the Sales Order detail line(F4211) are changing. Did anybody encountered this issue earlier?
