How to calculate Product and its related Resource Cost in OPM (Using Standard Cost)

 Hi!I have to calculate Product Cost and its related resource cost but didn't  understand how its calculate means in cost window there are 2 level  
1 is This level cost (Resource cost)
2 Lower Level cost 
and sum of 1 and 2 level is Product cost 
I just need to formulation  of both level cost.
