SSSE Mapping question

Hi all,

I have a requirement to change the SSSE mapping of the State field between Siebel and Exchange.  We need for the Exchange field to populate the Province field i Siebel as opposed to the State field.  I am very new to SSSE and have never changed a map.  Can anybody tell me what I would have to do in order to get this map changed so that it talks between the State and  Province fields?  I am trying to decipher BookShelf about it and am not having much luck getting it to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
