syntax for initializing 400 newly purchased mvcs (hsc/vtcs 6.2)

Hi,

We recently purchased 400 9840D MVCs from a vendor, that are
labelled A04900 through A05299.  We explicitly requested the vendor
initialize them for us.....Apparently he did not as when we entered 1 on them into our cap, and
did  a VT D MVC(A04900) cmd against it, it shows as UN-initialized;
(we just entered the one, a04900 into the cap for now to eyeball it)

Also the mvcrpt all shows them with - in the Init column:
