Can we install Oracle Data Integrator and EBS in the same database

We are working for a Data migration project which include ODI and EBS. For the technical architecture consideration, can we instal ODI and EBS in the same database?Will it have any performance issue on EBS?
Is it a recommended approach?
If not, what is the suggested approach?
