Need Help in Finding Top SQL Statements

Hi All Experts,i need favor, actually i am looking for one SQL script that can give me top 10 SQL Statements with Elapsed Time + Top 10 CPU Consuming  + top 10 Memory Consuming... IF some you have such Handy Scrpt that i can use and get over system health check and identify which SQL is culprit in case of slowness ...... 

i would appriciate in great if some one help me to describe the steps that i should take when some one ask me about solowness on database level. what steps i should perform to check either its database issue or not. please help
