Patch 17191279 fails with ORA-06512: at "APPS.AD_JAR", line 44

Hi Team,


Customer is planning moving to Java Stream 1.7u45 for our EBSR12.1.3, While following Metalink Note 1591073.1 and applying pr-req patch 17191279, the patch errors out with below message in adwork001.log:
