Role Relationship

Hi, as we know that each user ID can have multiple role relationships..Say, UserA has RoleA, RoleB and RoleC where

RoleA - unblock all security in security workbench

RoleB - block A/R table access

RoleC - block A/P table access

I was wondering in this kind of role relationship, will this RoleA override the other roles reglardless of how their security workbench looks like?
