ADPATCH, To Hotpatch or Not ...

Hi

How can you tell whether the 'options=hotpatch' parameter for ADPATCH is available, please?  Will is specifically state on the patch ReadMe if it is available?  The reason for this question is that I've been asked to apply a patch (14476478: APP-PAY-06226 Unable To Correct Payment Method) to our live environment and it would be easier to have it applied towards the end of the working day with the application still loaded rather than arrange for out-of-hours system downtime.
