Blanket release will be available after cancelling the BPA

 Hi Folks,

We have created 25000 BPA,

 release created for 5000,  and matched with invoie = 2500

now user created new revision in BPA and current BPA status is reapproval required.

BPA got cancelled (user cancelled).

What is the value system will get cancel i.e. 20000 or 22500?
