Concerns with build 25-45

We are currently running Configurator build 25-44.  We would like to upgrade to the latest build which is 25-45, but our DBA's are concerned when looking at the patch (10160153) details it appears to hit the following modules (AD, AK, ALR, BOM, CSI, CZ, FA, FND, GHR, ICX, IEU, IPD, MRP, MSC, PAY, PER, XTR).  Which if this patch really did touch all these areas it would require full system testing, thus is a major concern.

In my experience Configurator patches traditionally are contained to Configurator and we would test those specific touchpoints.  In my previous experience we have not done full system testing.  Can you give any confirmation that
