Batch Detail Window Hides

User opens batch header screen (GMEBCHED), queries for a batch.  Then clicks the Batch details button.  The GMEDATED form (Batch Detail) opens briefly, then hids in the background behind the other windows.  This is happening to two users, intermittent, and is very frustrating.  Both users are on same PC but it has been replaced and still occurring.  Running on EBS 11.5.10.2.  Any help greatly appreciated.
