Category code and mapping to Purchasing/ Shopping category issue in R12.1.3

Hi,

I have created a new item category code --> Gave description as TEST --> Added it to Purchasing set.

Now when i login to iprocurement catalog admin to map it to purchaing and shopping category, it observed that the new code category is already mapped to both purchasing and shopping category and the shopping category it has been mapped is TEST (which is actually the description i have given for category code).

Please suggest
