After an upgrade from application release R11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 how to know the support level

We are in a process of application upgrade from R 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3. Is there any way or process to identify the actual support level after complete upgrade as per the said releases of oracle application to ensure that we are enjoying the right level of support? As per the oracle notification and reference support document (329689.1) the extended support for (Release 11.5.10.x) will end in 'December, 2013'.
