RTV - Express Inventory Option

Hi,
We are upgrading from PS 9.0 to 9.2 and have found that Inventory option 'Express' is available when creating an RTV.
As mentioned in Peoplebooks, we have setup our User preferences for Inventory option 'Express' and Dispatch option 'Dispatch when Shipped'.
We then created an RTV and on saving it, the INV status shows 'Processing' but looks like nothing is happening. Do we need to do something else so that an Express issue takes place.
Are we missing something?

If there is any documentation that provides screenshots of steps to follow for Express issue of an RTV, it would be really helpful.
