Internal Sales Order

Hi

Instead of Actual flow of ISO i.e Internal Requisition -> Auto Create Internal Sale Order .

Is it possible that the Internal Sales Order is created first & then linked to a Internal Requsition ? If Yes what are link need to taken care of .
