Unable to allocate memory in procedure aiumab().

Hi,
Have seen a couple of different patches for 11i coming in with this error while applying patches.

Unable to allocate memory in procedure aiumab().
Unable to allocate memory in procedure aiumab().
(num_needed=5120) > (max_allocatable[record_type]=4096) and record_type = 8.
 While applying patch 3653484 (11i.FIN_PF.G). The workers stop at xtrintrp.jar and fndsec.jar .

Provide the ulimit -a
Root Level:

ulimit -a
core file size          (blocks, -c) unlimited
data seg size           (kbytes, -d) unlimited
file size               (blocks, -f) unlimited
open files                      (-n) 5120
pipe size            (512 bytes, -p) 10
stack size              (kbytes, -s) 8192
cpu time               (seconds, -t) unlimited
max user processes              (-u) 29995
