R12 Separate Remittance Advice's email subject line does not print the subject line with the Payment
We recently went live with Oracel R12. We are trying to implement the "Separate Remittance Advice" through the Payment Process Profile setups.
I successfully tested the Email delivery feature of the "Separate Remittance Advice" in our instance. But I notice, the emails we receive always have the Subject line with the Paper Document Number. For EFT payments, we would like the email to use the subject line with the Payment Reference Number.
I have verified that we have the "IBY_FD_SRA_EMAIL_SUBJ" message setup, for the language we're using, which is US.
What other setups could we be missing?
