Inquiries on Workflow Policies

Hi,

Can anyone give me tips on how to troubleshoot workflow policy? The workflow policy just recently stopped working, It was working in the past and in the lower environemnt. The reason that Im saying this is because there were no records found on the S_ESCL_REQ and also no sign that it was triggered since it will mark my record as triggered if it did.
