Siebel CTI not displaying correct text in toolbar when call arrives from private number (i.e. No ANI

 Hi,
We have configured CTI toolbar and configured separate events for ANI(i.e. when Caller's number is received) and No ANI(i.e. when Callers number is not received) scenarios. We use KV_DISPLAY parameter to display the text on CTI toolbar description box. This text is correct displayed for scenarios where ANI is received however when no ANI is received a text with 'Inbound call from unknown is displayed' even if correct value is passed in KV_DISPLAY. We have checked the Scomm logs and can see correct events are triggered and correct values are passed in all KV values. Please help us in understanding
