How to create Dynamic Pricing Formula for the following scenario

Hi,

Product release / version is R12.1.3.

In OE it is needed to get Item's current Unit-Cost and use it as it's Selling Price, in case the Price-List.Selling-Price <> Current-Unit-Cost.

How to accomplish that and what steps are involved?

Also Under Formula setup, what values be taken for the following?

Formula Type(Should it be a function? If yes! Some sample code available for that)?

Pricing Attribbute context?Pricing Attribute?Component?Step?
