Siebel Error on hit during invoking a button

Hi Guys,

Ive recently encountered this kind of error in siebel.

Operation is not allowed on sql object in forward only mode.

Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.(SBL-DAT-00407)

I was wondering if anyone can help me determine what the common cause for this kind of error
