How can I change the accounitng entries for receiving inventory destination using SLA

Currently as standard functionality when doing receiving for inventory destination

Debit : Receiving account of the inventory org

             Credit :     Accrual account of the inventory org

Debit: Martial Account   of the inventory org

   credit     Receiving account of the inventory org 

Now I need the account based on the category of the item and not from the inventory organization

how can I do that?
