Hi

I'm a jobbing DBA with minimal experience of precompilers.

I have an Oracle 10g application that I wish to test with a low, global MAXOPENCURSORS value.

Is there anywhere I can do that in the Oracle database environment and/or the application serverside 'c' (bin) environment on the database server?
