What tool can a Developer use that dos not need dba access to views, only access to her granted tabl

Hi experts.A developer has select only in a particular schema. She cannot see any object via sqldeveloper but she can see via Toad.
Toad will expiresoon because it is a free trial and she needs a tool that can be free as sqldeveloper but will not require access to dba views.
