Not able to Print Check after R12 Upgrade in the Doct Matrix Printer

Hi,

We are  not  able  to print  check printing in Dot Matrix printer  which is  of  a brand  Genicom. We  have  recently  upgraded  our  application  to R12(12.1.3) and  DB  to 11g  and  Unix  AIX  OS  to 6.1.  When  ever  we  are  sending the output  of the  check being generated  in PDF  it is printing  garbage.

Please advise  how  we  can print checks  in dot matrix printer.
