Inter Organisation Transfers - Picking and Shipping Documents

We are using R12.1.3 Inventory and WMS to transfer materials between organisations. This can be done in 2 ways: Internal requisition with ISO and Inter-organisation transfer. For the warehouse staff I need to generate Pick Slips and Shipping documentation to be dispatched with the goods. For example the engineers in the field request goods to be sent from a central warehouse to the local office using an internal requisition which is converted to ISO then picked, packed, shipped and received. Picking and Shipping documentation is fine at this stage.

They decide not to use part of the delivery so need to return the goods to the warehouse. RMA for ISO is not supported so we have to use Inter-organisation transfer. However I need to generate packing and shipping documents to be dispatched with the goods but there is no mechanism for doing this. Standard reports require either a move order or a sales order. Has anyone found a way to generate this documentation without creating custom reports?
