Need an ETO Setup Document

Hello,

I am setting up a project based manufacturing in JDE E1 9.0. Where I will be using ETO with Job Costing and for billing using the Contract/Service Billing.

I will appreciate if someone can guide me thru a document explaining the ETO Setup or helpful in configuration. If there is no document available, please guide me thru the important point to consider and/or avoid during the ETO, Job Cost & Service Billing setup.
