Different ways to register a custom business event into ORacle E-Business suite.

Hello,

We created a business event in Oracle E-Business Suite our development environment (path: System Administator -> Workflow Administrator Wen Aplications -> Administrator Workflow -> Busines Events).
We would like to export this business event and import it into our production environment. What tool and procedure we need to follow to acheive our goal? Is there any docs you can refer us to?

Another question: Is there any exiting oracle API that help us to create a business event by running a batch program we write? In another words, can we  register a new business Event without using the Oracle E-Business Suite User Interface?
