How can I find files/file folders in Agile that have no relationships?

I'd like to be able to search Agile to understand what files have been uploaded but never related to any object.  I am sure there have been instances where a person uploaded a file in error or never attached the file to an item, doc, change, etc.  If I could see all the "free floating" files in Agile a cleanup exercise would be done.  Suggestions?  Is this possible with Agile native reporting?
