 Hi ,

Can any one please help me in this below Issue 


 srvctl start instance -d cartlab1 -i cartlab11
PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.cartlab1.db
PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.cartlab1.db on node oda-3
CRS-2800: Cannot start resource 'ora.asm' as it is already in the INTERMEDIATE state on server 'oda-3'
