start in-process report server automatically

I am not able to research the solution to start the in-process Reports server automatically in 11gR2 environment. Since I use RWClient for reports generation, I need to browse the urls after every re-start of host and report servers. I would like to avoid it.

 So, I think it simply needs an addition of these lines but do not know the appropriate file.
