P42101 and Credit Orders from history using P42025

There is some reference to being able to access P42025 from P42101 (not P4210) and select lines to create a credit order (from history). Can someone please confirm if this functionality is available and the MVC model cache rows get created, that subsequently loads into P421002 grid?
